The 3D Modelling and testing of Various industrial mixing valves was underway in 2021-2022 by one of our engineers with innovative change of geometric configurations to enhance mixing of steam and crude oil in the Desalter process. The Dimensional analysis is used for various sensitive parameters to analyse both the geometric, kinetic and dynamic similarities to optimise the efficiency of this thermodynamic device.

Simulation gives engineers the data and the edge required to learn the behaviour of a process and be able to use that data garthered to adjust appropriately the operational parameters that are sensitivity to change within the system. Mass and energy balance calculations for the process are also carried out for sizing, costing, energy utility both for the optimisation of systems and the adjustment of operational parameters to make sure the process is producing the required clients' products specifications.

We have over 25 different Crude oil assays from different countries, with their Chemical safety datasheet (CSD), linked to important Material safety datasheet (MSDS). Testing new installations

Testing new installations

New installations are adequately tested for engineering operating conditions during the start-up procedure. Our qualified engineers make sure that the controls and safety valves, equipment and all necessary features and fittings are all tested and in place before the full production.
